Specialized Screening and Assessment

For individuals experiencing complicated emotional and behavioural presentations

and/or spirited children who are puzzling to their parents/caregivers and perhaps to the school staff. I like to dig a little deeper to find out why and to help create a plan of care.

For individuals affected by prenatal alcohol exposure (PAE) and other substances

And the impact of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), and/or Complex Neurodevelopmental Disorders (CND)

Parent Education and Support

For parents and caregivers who are doing their best

to address the challenging emotional and behavioural needs of their child(ren) and would like some additional support and opportunity to explore ways to do things differently to support their child(ren’s) growth and potential.

Service Provider Training : FASD Assessment and Support services

Provided with the intent to build a more inclusive service delivery system that is better positioned to identify and relevantly support individuals and families affected by PAE and /or FASD. My goal is to help support a system that has no wrong doors for individuals and families who are struggling.

Group Facilitator Training

How to build welcoming and helpful parent/caregiver support groups for individuals and families who are raising spirited and sometimes puzzling children.

Mindfulness Yoga Acceptance Commitment Therapy & Training

Team building and workplace wellness activities to help address day-to-day life pressures. This training addresses the universality of distress and can provide concrete strategies for immediate improved outcomes: stress management and healing.
